We kindly inform you that following the decision of 11^th March, 2010 of the District Court for Warsaw, 12^th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, our Company’s registered name was changed.

The hitherto existing name:

TDI Towarzystwo Doradztwa Inwestycyjnego Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością
(abbreviated to TDI Towarzystwo Doradztwa Inwestycyjnego Sp. z o.o.).

was replaced with the following:

TDI Corporate Finance Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością
(abbreviated to TDI Corporate Finance Sp. z o.o.).

We believe that the Company’s new name better corresponds to the scope of our activity and is easier for our foreign Clients.

We also notify that the Company’s registered seat, registry numbers and other data will remain unchanged.
